Shifting what you practice with your body is a powerful way to move what is stuck, to focus what is scattered, or to open what seems closed. Embodying a new quality can be the catalyst that turns your concept into a contribution.

Many of the practices I recommend are inspired by my yoga, meditation, and Enneagram studies, but you don’t need to be a yoga ninja to do any of them!

Practices are always customized for your level of fitness, experience, and interests, and can include everyday activities like walking, writing, or gardening.
